This special dinner is being cooked by Chef John Le Gassicke (former Head Tutor at The Orchard Cookery School)
and the evening will begin with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival.
Tom I'Anson will then introduce the paired wines before each of the four courses, including cheese.

Tickets are £85
Guests will receive a copy of the wines Tom l'Anson recommends and
recipes from John Le Gassicke for each course, so you can replicate it all at home for your own dinner party.

Guests welcome from 7:30pm with dinner served at 8pm
It’s a social event - our long tables are perfect for mixing your existing friends with new,
it’s about relaxing, conversation and having fun, in the most stunning surroundings.

ABOUT TOM L'ANSON WINES
Tom l’Anson cut his teeth in the wine world at Justerini & Brooks Fine Wine Merchants while at University in Edinburgh, where he developed his extensive knowledge and palate whilst earning his qualifications. He has now returned to establish his own wine business near where he grew up in the Cotswolds . At his premises in Colesbourne near Cheltenham, he sources wine for clients or serves them from an extensive selection of wine in stock. Regularly hosts tastings and advises clients on wine for collection and entertaining.
