The Compton is delighted to host a Midsummer Feast, created by Michelin trained Rory Baxter of The Camp Kitchen.

It’s a social event - our long tables are perfect for mixing your existing friends with new, it’s all very casual, it’s about relaxing, conversation and having fun, in the most stunning surroundings.
You will be served 3 courses of delicious fresh, seasonal food, 4 mini starters, a main with sides in sharing bowls and 3 mouth-watering puddings. Washed down with your favourite drink – its BYO.

About Rory Baxter

A Michelin trained chef who has worked under Gordon Ramsay, Raymond Blanc, Fergus Henderson and Mark Broadbent. 
Driven by a passion for fresh food, Rory's approach to traditional food is through immersing himself in seasonal produce, much of which is collected from local kitchen gardens and his own Gloucestershire farm.
